MY HEART
Life can present us with many challenges that can shake our sense of self, peace, security, and stability. However, I firmly believe that with the right support and empowerment, individuals can lead fulfilling and healthy lives. I deeply understand the importance of creating a safe and nurturing space for clients to be open and vulnerable. I am here to provide that safe haven and to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their healing journey and life transitions.

MY EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
I specialize in intensive therapy sessions, dedicating 3 to 6 hours per week to assist clients in navigating trauma-related issues and overcoming sexual addiction, mainly focusing on women struggling with love and sex addiction. I emphasize fostering a sense of community and guiding individuals in establishing healthy boundaries.
Beyond this specialization, I bring experience in addressing a diverse range of challenges, including depression, PTSD, anxiety, and issues specific to women of color. Additionally, I offer support in navigating relational difficulties such as infidelity, as well as providing marital counseling (intensive setting only). My approach also fosters shame resilience and promotes personal growth for all my clients.

My Technique
My Technique I employ a holistic approach in my practice. This means that I not only address the symptoms that bring a person to my door but also delve deeper into the underlying causes of these symptoms. Think of it as an iceberg approach. Your symptoms are the tip of the iceberg, or what is visible in your life. The real work lies beneath the surface, addressing the root causes of your struggles.
I teach coping techniques to help clients better manage their everyday lives.
I also use brainspotting to help clients who feel stuck in an area or maybe talking about their trauma is too challenging to get through.
“Embrace what makes you unique, even if it makes others uncomfortable. I didn’t have to become perfect because I’ve learned throughout my journey that perfection is the enemy of greatness.”
