Work With Adolescents, Teens, And College-Age Individuals
My work with adolescents, teens, and college-age individuals is grounded in evidence-based practices. I address their unique challenges during these critical developmental stages, from managing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and identity issues to navigating academic pressures and relationships. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for young people to explore their emotions and experiences, tailoring my therapeutic approach to meet each individual’s needs and drawing on my expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
Recognizing the significant transitions that occur during this stage of life, I am deeply committed to helping young people develop coping skills, resilience, and confidence. Whether it’s managing social pressures, adjusting to college life, or discovering a sense of life direction, my goal is to empower my clients to overcome obstacles, make informed decisions, and achieve emotional growth. I am unwavering in my support for each individual on their journey to self-discovery and promoting mental well-being for a successful future.
